Bimini Undersea SCUBA Diving, Snorkel Diver Packages
Please Read Carefully!
It is important for you to know the terms and conditions of the travel package you are purchasing.
Refund /Cancellation Policy. All payments made to Bimini Undersea Reservations inc. (hereinafter referred to as BUR) or Out Island Undersea Adventures ltd (hereinafter referred to as BU) are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival may be rescheduled pending the payment of a $25.00 per traveler change fee plus any change in the cost of the actual package. Change fee is $50.00 per traveler plus any change in cost of actual package if cancellations are made within 44 days of scheduled arrival.
The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is always strongly advised.
BU and BUR act only as agents for owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving, snorkeling, and other services. All tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions under which transportation, accommodations, diving, and other services are offered or provided and constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the tour member. Neither BU nor BUR shall at any time, or in any way, be responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from act of God, act of government or defacto authority, war, civil unrest, any kind of hostilities, strikes, theft, sickness, quarantine, immigration or customs regulations hijacking, breakdown, delay, cancellations, error, omissions, or any other cause beyond their control. Furthermore, BU reserves the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellations, in part or in whole, as circumstances dictate. BU & BUR accepts no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who is deemed personally responsible for decisions concerning health, safety, and fitness for diving/snorkeling or any other circumstances beyond it's control.
BU, BUR, the Bimini Bay Resort (or other affiliated hotels) and air transportation services will not issue refunds or credit for early departures and/or trips not taken by customers choice. In addition, BU and BUR will not issue refunds or credit for trips canceled due to inclement weather, unsafe sea conditions, or "Acts of God."
In all instances maximum attention will be given to safety.
Any deposits or payments made to BU or BUR shows acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
Payment Policies
All monies paid are non-refundable.
Individuals: A $100.00 per person deposit is required at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required a minimum of 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Certain holiday and peak periods may require full payment much farther in advance. Individuals may pay for their trips via VISA or MASTERCARD. Checks and money orders are also accepted within the appropriate time frame.
Groups: Group bookings require a $500.00 deposit at the time of reservation and $100.00 per person 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due no less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. Certain holiday and peak periods may require full payment much farther in advance. Group bookings are payable by check or money order only. No spaces can be held, nor reservations confirmed unless proper payment is received. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. All payments must be made in US dollars. All checks must be drawn on US banks. Monies paid within 30 days of travel must be by certified check or guaranteed wire transfer only. Changes made to travel dates after a deposit has been received are subject to a rescheduling fee.
