It is important for you to know the terms and conditions of the travel package you are purchasing.

Any deposits or payments made to Bimini Undersea Reservations inc(hereinafter referred to as BUR)  .,  or Out Island Undersea Adventures ltd. trading as BIMINI UNDERSEA (hereinafter referred to as BU)  shows acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: All monies paid are non-refundable.

The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is strongly advised for all travel packages and activities.

BU and BUR act only as agents for owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving, snorkeling, and other services. All tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions under which transportation, accommodations, diving, and other services are offered or provided and constitute sole contract between the supplier and the tour member. Neither BU nor BUR shall at any time, or in any way be responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from act of God, act of government or defacto authority, any civil unrest, any kind of hostilities, strikes, theft, sickness, quarantine, immigration or customs regulations, hijacking, breakdown, delay, cancellations, error, omissions, or any other cause beyond their control.

Furthermore, BU reserves the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellations, in part or in whole as circumstances dictate.

BU & BUR accepts no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of passenger who is deemed personally responsible for decisions concerning health, safety, and fitness for  activities including, but not limited to, SCUBA diving and Snorkeling or any other circumstances beyond it’s control.

SCUBA Diving and Snorkeling Packages and Activities

BU, BUR, and it’s affiliated hotels and air transportation services will not issue refunds or credit for …….

• early departures

• trips not taken by customer's choice

• trips cancelled due to inclement weather

• trips cancelled due to unsafe sea & diving conditions, or “Acts of God.”

In all instances maximum attention will be given to safety.

BU, BUR, and it’s affiliated hotels and air transportation services will not issue refunds or credit for …….

• early departures

• trips not taken by customer's choice

• trips cancelled due to inclement weather

• trips cancelled due to unsafe sea conditions, or “Acts of God.”

THE PURCHASE OF TRIP INSURANCE FROM AN INDEPENDENT NON-AFFILIATED TRIP INSURANCE PROVIDER IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
